Responsibilities
- Conduct research advancing novel robotics design and development.
- Drive the Robotics roadmap for new robotic architectures.
- Research mechanical and electrical design problems for robotics structures and systems integration.
- Design planning and control algorithms for robotics.
- Perform experiments and debug supporting parts manufacture.
- Assemble robots and integrate research into full system prototypes.
- Conduct failure analysis and refine design assumptions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
- 5+ years experience in Robotics or Electro-Mechanical Design.
- PhD or equivalent experience in Robotics or Physical AI.
- Experience designing complex electromechanical assemblies.
- Proficiency in motor design, digital control theory, and optimization algorithms.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Preferred experience with manufacturing processes and automation equipment design.
