Responsibilities
- Collaborate with research scientists and engineers to design and implement AI algorithms and models on robotic hardware and simulations.
- Conduct evaluations of AI models on robotic systems, identifying limitations and proposing improvements.
- Define technical goals and lead implementation with researchers.
- Publish research results and contribute to Meta product development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of industry experience in robotics or related field, or advanced degree with equivalent experience.
- Experience in robotics research areas (e.g., robot learning, reinforcement learning).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or similar.
- Preferred: PhD in computer science, robotics, AI, or related fields with 5+ years of experience.
- Proven knowledge of robotics fundamentals and experience with machine learning frameworks.
- Experience with robotics frameworks like ROS and real-world hardware.
