Responsibilities
- Work on color perception topics related to AR head-mounted display technologies.
- Develop simulations and models of visual perception for AR display technologies.
- Design and conduct psychophysical experiments to quantify color perception.
- Conduct user studies on testbeds and prototypes for AR technologies.
- Collaborate with scientists and engineers to design vision science studies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (or in process).
- PhD in Color Science, Vision Science, Computer Graphics, or related field (or in process).
- Experience with end-to-end color calibration pipelines and psychophysical experiments.
- Proficiency in conducting and analyzing psychophysical experiments.
- Ability to obtain work authorization at the time of hire.
- Preferred: Publications in color perception or psychophysics.
- Preferred: Experience with stereoscopic or head-mounted displays.
