Responsibilities
- Lead projects through all phases from concept to turnover as the technical domain lead for Mechanical Engineering.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate risks, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Prepare and manage project contracts, including RFPs and change proposals.
- Hold engineering teams accountable for deliverables and performance.
- Participate in onsite testing and commissioning to ensure proper installation and integration of systems.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Innovate design-construction technology and processes in collaboration with the Quality Team.
Job Requirements
- BS in Mechanical Engineering and Registered Professional Engineer.
- 15+ years of experience in mission-critical building design and construction.
- Proficiency in design software such as Revit/BIM and Bluebeam.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience in project management and cost estimating.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
