Responsibilities
- Define mechanical verification and validation methodologies.
- Perform verification of thermal, vibration, and mechanical stress testing.
- Track detailed test plans for different modules and systems.
- Design and implement scalable test infrastructure and custom fixtures.
- Own execution and reporting of verification and validation work.
- Drive FMEA, failure analysis, and tolerance analysis activities.
- Manage external vendors for test fixture development and compliance.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of mechanical systems verification and validation experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience with verification and validation requirements.
- Proficiency in solid modeling software (Nx/SolidWorks/Creo).
- Experience with industry-standard test equipment.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Preferred: Master's degree, programming experience (C#, Python, LabVIEW).
