Responsibilities
- Conduct vendor audits and evaluate vendor performance data to set improvement objectives.
- Develop and monitor quality program metrics to analyze trends and implement corrective actions.
- Mentor off-site Vendor teams and provide feedback to meet manufacturing expectations.
- Manage systemic vendor root cause analysis and escalation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish effective processes for scope execution.
- Provide leadership and direction to vendor and on-site quality teams.
- Coordinate quality issues and schedule dynamics between design, construction, and operations teams.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Quality Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management.
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills with quality tools experience.
- Proven communication skills and experience in managing complex projects.
- Experience in supplier performance management.
- Technical knowledge of data centers and critical systems.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
