Responsibilities
- Lead the electrical development of complex systems and subsystems.
- Define and drive electrical architecture and technical strategy for major projects.
- Conduct cross-functional design reviews and resolve technical conflicts.
- Drive innovation by implementing new technologies and methodologies.
- Oversee hardware bring-up, debugging, and support for manufacturing.

- Mentor and coach engineers at all levels.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in electrical design and system-level architecture.
- Demonstrated technical leadership in electrical engineering domains.
- Experience delivering products from concept through mass production.
- Proficiency with design and simulation tools like Cadence and MATLAB.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring engineers.
- Ability to communicate technical decisions to various stakeholders.
