Responsibilities
- Lead the electrical development of complex systems or multiple subsystems.
- Define and drive electrical architecture, system integration, and technical strategy for major projects.
- Lead cross-functional design reviews and resolve technical conflicts.
- Drive innovation by implementing new technologies and methodologies.
- Oversee hardware bring-up, debugging, and support for manufacturing and deployment.
- Evaluate and influence vendor and partner solutions.
- Mentor and coach engineers at all levels.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in electrical design and system-level architecture.
- Demonstrated technical leadership in electrical engineering domains.
- Experience delivering products from concept through mass production.
- Proficiency with design, simulation, and analysis tools (e.g., Cadence, MATLAB).
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
