Responsibilities
- Contribute to EMC grounding and shielding design while balancing system/product constraints with compliance standards.
- Develop design specifications and guidelines with clear risk tradeoffs.
- Collaborate on simulation methodology for system-level product design.
- Support design troubleshooting using simulation and lab data.
- Propose corrective actions and drive failure analysis and root cause efforts.
- Conduct design experiments to resolve problems.
- Ensure compliance with electromagnetic performance standards from concept to launch.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field (must be completed prior to joining).
- Experience in EM simulation and measurement.
- Knowledge of EM fundamentals, including grounding and shielding theory.
- Must have work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire.
- Preferred: Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related field.
