Responsibilities
- Translating design specifications into assembly process flows.
- Collaborating with design teams to build prototype articles and verify functional test procedures.
- Generating detailed work instructions for the assembly process.
- Troubleshooting assembly issues to maintain build schedules.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product-focused electrical engineering and precision manufacturing.
- Proficiency with oscilloscopes and high-speed digital test equipment.
- Experience with schematic and board design tools like Cadence OrCAD/Allegro or Altium.
- Soldering experience with fine-pitched devices and rework of power components.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or C/C++.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring within a team environment.
