Responsibilities
- Translate designs into assembly process flows.
- Partner with design teams to build prototypes, including mechanical assembly and functional tests.
- Generate detailed work instructions for assembly and testing.
- Troubleshoot assembly issues and take corrective actions.
- Communicate with designers to drive design improvements and solve issues.
- Support technician workforce by interpreting work instructions and prioritizing tasks.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering and precision manufacturing/prototyping.
- Experience with testing equipment for validation and debugging.
- Proficiency in schematic and board design software.
- Experience with soldering and working with fine-pitched components.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python or C/C++.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
