Responsibilities
- Define and lead technical execution strategy for multiple product and platform areas.
- Articulate technology, requirements, goals, and milestones for the team.
- Collaborate with engineering and product management to define long-term organizational strategy.
- Develop end-to-end program plans and influence teams to deliver against them.
- Manage, mentor, and grow the technical program management teams.
- Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions.
- Ensure focus on high-priority partner team and customer needs.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 15+ years of software industry experience, including systems or hardware engineering.
- 10+ years of people management experience.
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in building and leading a technical program management organization.
- Knowledge of software development processes and ML/AI technologies.
- Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.
