Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the technical program management team for hardware infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for awareness and buy-in.
- Develop and execute end-to-end program plans, managing risks and timelines.
- Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams.
- Define and revise long-term strategy with engineering and product management.
- Manage hiring, team development, and performance reviews.
- Communicate technology requirements, milestones, and program statuses.
Job Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in technical program management focused on hardware systems.
- Proven track record in delivering complex data center server hardware infrastructure.
- Familiarity with software development processes and collaboration with software teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience in growing organizations and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred: Master's degree in a related field and experience in cloud-scale solutions.
