Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional core team spanning hardware, software, and other departments
- Own the program schedule from pre-concept through launch
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the program
- Proactively identify and resolve critical program risks/issues
- Manage cross-functional dependencies
- Establish best practices and key performance indicators
- Communicate complex topics clearly to program stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience as a technical program manager in consumer electronics
- Experience in process definition/improvements and program management tools
- Proven team leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to operate autonomously across multiple teams
- Track record of shipping devices on time
- Strong communication skills and experience presenting to groups
