Responsibilities
- Develop concepts for new data center infrastructure solutions focused on electrical power system technologies.
- Lead all phases of design and development life cycle of electrical systems.
- Collaborate with vendors and consultants to stay updated on industry trends.
- Manage the selection and procurement of critical infrastructure equipment.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of new power technologies.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with various teams including Hardware Engineering and operations.
- Travel to vendor and data center sites for verification and validation testing of electrical systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum seven years of hands-on design and development experience in mission-critical electrical power components.
- Cross-disciplinary knowledge of data center electrical systems design and operation.
- Experience in designing and implementing protection & control systems.
- Proficiency with electrical power simulation software.
- Familiarity with industry standards and building codes.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
