Responsibilities
- Develop concepts for new data center electrical infrastructure solutions.
- Lead all phases of design and development life cycle for electrical systems.
- Collaborate with vendors and consultants on electrical systems industry trends.
- Manage selection and procurement of critical infrastructure equipment.
- Evaluate and adopt new power technologies and develop specifications.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with various teams including Hardware Engineering.
- Travel to vendor and data center sites for verification and validation testing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum seven years of hands-on design and development experience in electrical power systems.
- Cross-disciplinary knowledge of data center electrical systems design and operation.
- Experience with electrical power simulation software.
- Familiarity with industry standards and building codes.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Effective presentation and communication skills.
