Responsibilities

  • Meet with robotic program stakeholders to develop goals and metrics for the HUGO™ RAS-system.
  • Develop and coordinate surgeon training plans and proctored cases post-training.
  • Support staff training and adoption of the robotic system during learning sessions.
  • Utilize change management techniques to engage stakeholders and ensure buy-in.
  • Coach hospital staff to achieve operational excellence and self-sufficiency.
  • Collaborate with field service engineers to prepare operating rooms for the robotic system.
  • Track milestones to demonstrate value delivered at pilot sites.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical environment or with Medtronic robotic products.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the territory (>75%).
  • Knowledge of operating rooms and surgical procedures.
  • Strong project management skills and experience in change management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
