Responsibilities
- Develop power system architectures for MV and LV modular systems.
- Size and specify major equipment according to standards.
- Define grounding and bonding strategies.
- Specify and integrate transfer switch and UPS systems.
- Coordinate battery and energy storage integration.
- Develop control and interlock philosophies.
- Produce and review electrical drawing packages.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in power distribution design.
- Experience with MV equipment and protective relaying.
- Working knowledge of NEC, NFPA, and IEEE standards.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Electrical and/or SolidWorks Electrical.
- Experience performing short circuit and arc-flash studies.
- PE license or EIT with path to licensure preferred.
