Responsibilities
- Build and deliver a multi-year roadmap with Engineering, IT, Security, and Facilities.
- Stand up a “Labs as a Service” model with centralized provisioning and standardized services.
- Improve utilization through asset rationalization and process/tool upgrades.
- Enforce role-based access and regulatory compliance.
- Architect network solutions to protect IP and engineering data.
- Own the strategy and roadmap for engineering applications and integrated development platforms.
- Champion DevSecOps to embed security early and automate compliance enforcement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Technology, or related field.
- 15+ years in IT or technology leadership, including 5+ years in engineering applications or lab operations.
- Proven success leading large-scale standardization or transformation across global teams.
- Exceptional program management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with semiconductor workflows/tools (EDA, verification).
- Strong understanding of lab functions (validation, debug, test).
- Certifications: PMP, ITIL, Six Sigma (a plus).
