Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performance team of hardware engineers.
- Define hardware engineering roadmap and standards for high-speed SerDes board designs.
- Oversee high-speed PCB design and signal/power integrity simulations.
- Ensure robust integration with SerDes ICs and high-speed interconnects.
- Manage the full hardware lifecycle from concept to production release.
- Define and enforce engineering best practices and documentation standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in design methodologies and lab measurement capabilities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 12+ years of hardware engineering experience, with 5+ years in leadership.
- Expertise in high-speed PCB layout and SerDes board-level design.
- Familiarity with SI/PI simulation tools.
- Strong understanding of power delivery networks and high-speed design constraints.
- Proven track record in leading hardware teams through production.
- Experience with lab-based high-speed measurements is preferred.
