Responsibilities
- Familiarize with industry codes and best practices in electrical engineering.
- Work on various electrical and instrumentation projects in a refinery setting.
- Develop project management skills including scope alignment, cost and schedule development.
- Analyze equipment failures and develop solutions for recurring issues.
- Support process control systems and troubleshoot system power supply problems.
- Conduct electrical analysis and run Arc Flash studies.
- Expand written and verbal presentation skills in a professional environment.
Job Requirements
- Must be majoring in Electrical Engineering.
- Strong academic performance is required.
- Authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship is necessary.
- Availability for multiple work terms is preferred.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Concurrent enrollment in a degree-seeking program is needed.
- Military experience is a plus.
