Responsibilities
- Familiarize with industry codes and best practices in electrical engineering.
- Work on real-world electrical and instrumentation projects in a refinery setting.
- Develop project management skills including scope alignment, cost and schedule development.
- Support reliability teams in troubleshooting electrical and instrumentation issues.
- Analyze equipment failures and develop solutions for recurring issues.
- Assist in troubleshooting and programming process control systems.
- Gain experience in using electrical analysis software and conducting Arc Flash studies.
Job Requirements
- Must be majoring in Electrical Engineering.
- Strong academic performance is required.
- Authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship is necessary.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Preference for candidates available for multiple work terms.
- Concurrent enrollment in a degree-seeking program is necessary.
- Military experience is a plus.
