Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on work and operate Linear Generator test units.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and execute experiments and advanced data analysis.
- Work closely with design engineers to test components and their interactions.
- Lead complex data analysis projects using signal processing techniques.
- Coordinate repairs and retrofits with technicians.
- Manage daily test priorities to meet deadlines.
- Provide feedback to improve the performance and reliability of the linear generator.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering or similar field with 3-5 years of experience.
- Experience designing and executing tests involving complex sensor data.
- Knowledge of instrumentation selection and data acquisition systems.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in Python and/or Matlab, with a basic understanding of data structures.
- Detail-oriented and interested in interdisciplinary teamwork.
