Responsibilities
- Develop and capture process & equipment requirements, including PFMEA
- Analyze production data to assess process capability
- Manage component selection, BOM generation, and procurement processes
- Create mechanical integration 3D CAD models and 2D drawings
- Generate equipment documentation: test plans, manuals, etc.
- Train and hand off to Operations production staff
- Participate in Failure Root Cause and Corrective Action Analysis
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering
- 3+ years experience in launching and ramping production
- Proficiency in programming (e.g., Python, MATLAB)
- Detail-oriented and comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Experience working on mechatronics and electro-mechanical assemblies
- Hands-on mechanical or electrical engineering skills
- Proficient in CAD design/drafting software (ideally Solidworks)
