Responsibilities
- Manage team recruitment, hiring, and onboarding as it grows.
- Become a subject matter expert in Lumafield’s hardware and software.
- Establish and improve technical operations and best practices.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience with 3 years in people management.
- Proven background in solutions or application engineering.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing operations or industrial automation.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Experience in customer-facing roles.
- Solutions-oriented mindset with a consultative approach.
