Responsibilities

Job Requirements
- Solid understanding of automotive systems and development cycles.
- Proven track record in delivering complex technical products.
- Experience in automotive hardware development processes.
- Ability to manage program management tools and processes effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills to guide engineering decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience; Master's preferred.
- 5+ years in technical leadership and 7+ years in the automotive industry preferred.
