Responsibilities
- Assist in project planning activities and scheduling.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to understand project scopes.
- Drive alignment among stakeholders for project deliverables.
- Support the creation and maintenance of development builds and tests.
- Submit tickets in JIRA for build/test activities.
- Participate in project planning meetings and document outcomes.
- Undertake training to support hands-on activities in labs.
Job Requirements
- Technical aptitude in powertrain systems and architecture.
- Strong engineering or physics background.
- Experience with CAD and interpreting technical drawings.
- Basic knowledge of EV powertrain operation.
- Communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with project management fundamentals.
- Enrollment in a relevant Bachelor’s program at an accredited university.
