Responsibilities
- Leading the implementation and execution of program quality requirements
- Managing quality tasks across hardware, systems, and suppliers/subcontractors
- Partnering with program teams as the Quality Lead for design, development, production, and mobilization phases
- Conducting contract reviews and flowing down contract quality requirements to the quality team
- Participating in independent program reviews to understand risks and drive Return to Green plans
- Maintaining effective relationships with DCMA/Customer quality teams
- Using causal analysis tools to analyze and resolve technical/process issues
Job Requirements
- Ability to work with the Lockheed Martin Quality system
- Experience in Quality Engineering or Supplier Quality and developing quality standards
- Knowledge of Lockheed Martin processes related to development and production
- Previous experience interpreting and applying contractual and AS9100/ISO90001 requirements
- Strong process aptitude with demonstrated technical ability and business judgment
- Talent development and team building skills
- Active Secret clearance and ability to travel 10% of the time
