Responsibilities
- Review contractual documents to identify requirements and risks.
- Lead quality engineering efforts and develop quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with customer regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and products.
- Analyze and resolve complex quality issues.
- Support program issues and needs through potential travel.
Job Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
- STEM degree at Bachelor's level or higher.
- Understanding of engineering drawings and inspection methods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience with corrective action techniques.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and identify solutions.
- Previous engineering or quality assurance experience preferred.
- Familiarity with quality standards like AS9100 and ISO9001.
