Responsibilities
- Oversee facility systems related to propellant loading and waste collection.
- Collaborate with Fluids/Propellant Engineers on project and operational tasks.
- Lead project teams for improvement and recapitalization projects.
- Investigate SCADA system alarms and troubleshoot sensor data irregularities.
- Identify and replace failed or non-conforming components.
- Assess existing systems using detailed trend analyses.
- Update documentation for facility systems and prepare project cost estimates.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemistry, Petroleum, or Materials Engineering.
- 4 years of combined engineering experience.
- Knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat-transfer fundamentals.
- Experience with Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEA).
- Project management experience and familiarity with IBM Maximo.
- Ability to obtain TS/SCI w/Poly government security clearance.
- Experience working in cleanroom environments and maintaining high-pressure equipment.
