Project Engineering Associate Manager, Mechanical & Electrical

The Project Engineering Associate Manager leads a team of mechanical and electrical subject matter experts, converting operational needs into requirements and overseeing compliance with design standards.

• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and management of SME staffing and assignments.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Establish standards and quality gates for requirements and design reviews.
• Review architect engineer design packages for compliance and maintainability.
• Maintain configuration and change control across M&E scope.
• Set priorities for M&E requirements and manage the sustainment backlog.
• Incorporate digital transformation strategies into infrastructure capabilities.

• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience in mechanical and electrical engineering.
• Strong leadership and workforce planning skills.
• Knowledge of applicable codes and standards for engineering design.
• Ability to manage team performance and program milestones.
• Familiarity with digital transformation strategies in engineering.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
