Project Engineer, Staff

The role is for a Project Engineer at Lockheed Martin Space, focusing on overseeing the execution of various Deployed Reentry Systems projects and managing program integration.

• Leading weekly working groups with customers and co-contractors.
• Preparing content and presenting to the customer and LM Senior Management at regular program reviews.
• Creating and maintaining documents and plans.
• Reviewing schedule and budget with the F&BO team.
• Traveling up to 6 weeks per year.
• Generating proposals and tracking project progress and budget.
• Acting as the customer point of contact for integrated product teams.

• Experience leading Program/Project Integration.
• Ability to document and execute Integrated Master Schedules/Plans.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Top Secret Security Clearance.
• Team leadership skills.
• Experience in generating proposals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in customer-facing roles with integrated product teams.
