Responsibilities
- Develop and execute PSOC D5LE hardware aging programs.
- Ensure integration of technical efforts across multiple organizations.
- Manage cost account performance and program metrics.
- Collaborate with multifunctional teams and external partners.
- Lead technical business processes for hardware aging contracts.
- Establish long-range planning for hardware aging and fleet support.
- Communicate and track program performance metrics.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field; Mechanical, Chemical, or Aerospace Engineering preferred.
- Experience in project team leadership and cross-organization collaboration.
- Knowledge in mechanical or chemical engineering, including design, manufacture, and testing.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US DoD TOP SECRET clearance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in risk and opportunity management.
- Technical acumen in energetics and performance analysis.
