Project Engineer (IC2)

The Project Engineer (IC2) role involves managing the integration of operational activities for Support Equipment Programs, ensuring coordination and communication across various projects and stakeholders.

• Ensure end-to-end integration of operational activities.
• Lead and coordinate integration activities at the program level.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration to reduce programmatic risk.
• Coordinate planning, organizing, and completion of engineering projects.
• Develop resolution plans for issues and manage compliance documentation.
• Resolve systems engineering and program execution issues.
• Manage cost, schedule, and technical impacts across activities.

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with aerospace or related industry operations.
• Ability to manage cost, schedule, and technical scopes.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.
• Project management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Navy Strategic System Partners (SSP) customers.
