Responsibilities
- Assist with schedule development and update the master schedule for data-product streams.
- Track funding basics and maintain cost and funding logs.
- Support configuration control and manage change requests.
- Apply security and classification rules to verify and distribute materials.
- Drive process improvements by gathering metric data and suggesting tooling tweaks.
- Provide production-support coordination and long-range planning for the facility.
- Facilitate technical reviews and prepare briefing packages for leadership and customers.
Job Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic project-coordination experience with exposure to project-management tools.
- Familiarity with the engineering lifecycle stages through coursework or internships.
- Experience in cross-functional teams for technical problem-solving.
- Understanding of basic CUI/COMSEC requirements.
- Solid software background with scripting or macro development.
- Familiarity with XML and structured markup languages.
