Responsibilities

  • Coordinate closely with Government Customer counterparts.
  • Organize, control, and complete projects within assigned responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with Program Planning to understand design changes and their impact on schedules.
  • Work with Product Lines and Program Management to align engineering needs with the Master Schedule.
  • Manage activities related to technical developments and scheduling issues.
  • Collaborate with supply chain subcontract managers to oversee suppliers.
  • Identify engineering late deliveries and mitigate impacts on schedules.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in project management and coordination.
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand and manage technical developments and schedules.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., EPDM).
  • Capability to work independently and self-initiate assignments.
  • Problem-solving skills to pursue necessary actions for desired results.
  • Experience in working within a defense-related environment is preferred.
