Responsibilities
- Ensure end-to-end of operational activities, including support for Program Reviews and Technical Director Reviews.
- Coordinate activities at the program level, leading Product Teams under supervision.
- Facilitate communication across projects and customers to reduce programmatic risk.
- Plan, organize, control, and complete engineering projects within assigned responsibility.
- Develop resolution plans for issues and compliance documentation.
- Resolve systems engineering and program execution issues quickly.
- Manage cost, schedule, and technical impacts across activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with aerospace operations or related DoD/Government industry.
- Ability to work with technical leads and manage cost and schedule.
- US Citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD SECRET clearance.
- Experience in project management and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Familiarity with FBM operations and missile programs.
- Experience with compliance and documentation in a government contract environment.
