Responsibilities
- Perform duties as Risk and Opportunity Management Board (ROMB) Manager for ER Mission Operations.
- Actively participate in the Comprehensive Assessment Program (CAP).
- Engage in Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions.
- Review and provide input to requirements for ER Mission Operations.
- Support policy and process documentation reviews.
- Assist in developing documentation and mitigations for potential mission-impacting issues.
- Collaborate with peers and leadership to ensure mission requirements are satisfied.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of professional experience.
- US Citizenship and ability to obtain a US DoD SECRET clearance.
- Risk and Opportunity Management Board (ROMB) experience preferred.
- Knowledge of requirements adherence and development.
- Ability to operate in a dynamic environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills with peers and customers.
