Responsibilities
- Develop test plans, procedures, and automated test scripts for electrical tests on the Orion spacecraft.
- Perform test procedure and script checkout in the Orion Test Labs.
- Execute test procedures on current flight articles and future vehicles under Orion production.
- Collaborate with program team members across various engineering disciplines.
- Ensure adherence to test engineering fundamentals and processes.
- Prepare for and execute spacecraft or system-level tests.
- Utilize electrical ground support equipment and test equipment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
- Hands-on electrical, computer, or aerospace test experience.
- Experience in writing test plans, procedures, or technical documents.
- Knowledge of the Orion spacecraft or experience on a production spacecraft program.
- Familiarity with spacecraft commanding and telemetry monitoring software.
- Ability to work extended hours and travel as needed.
- Current or former Certified Test Conductor (CTC) preferred.
