Responsibilities
- Create and develop mechanical manufacturing work instructions.
- Determine the sequence of build and select or design required tools.
- Solve production problems during the build of mechanical piece parts and assemblies.
- Investigate design/manufacturing factors such as equipment or part availability.
- Develop and maintain all assembly documentation.
- Troubleshoot and correct anomalies and discrepant hardware.
- Perform producibility reviews on engineering designs/drawings.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering preferred.
- Knowledge of production manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Experience in reviewing engineering drawings.
- Strong written communication skills, including technical writing.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and reports.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office software suite.
- Willingness to work alternative shifts including 2nd and split shifts.
