Responsibilities
- Create and develop test plans with the appropriate Integrated Product Team (IPT).
- Lead efforts with subcontracts to identify potential suppliers for needed hardware and materials.
- Provide technical inputs in required data products, proposals, and Technical Interchange Meetings.
- Execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Create and communicate at various program reviews and meetings.
- Effectively communicate with various levels of leadership, including Navy counterparts, both technical and non-technical.
Job Requirements
- US citizenship and ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
- Experience in developing requirements and designing structural components.
- Knowledge of the development and production lifecycle.
- Ability to bring designs, hardware, analysis, and test results through various reviews.
- Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Experience in leading technical efforts and supplier identification.
- Familiarity with test plans and program reviews.
