Responsibilities
- Develop mechanical design solutions using solid models and detailed drawings.
- Review system requirements to ensure design aspects meet specifications.
- Collaborate with peers and other departments to meet program requirements and schedules.
- Contribute to the release of accurate and producible engineering designs.
- Solve problems related to mechanical and electromechanical systems.
- Package electronic components into mechanical fixtures and systems.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Experience with 3DCAD Modeling in PTC CREO or similar tools.
- Understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or similar.
- Experience with Electromechanical Systems and industry standards.
- Familiarity with Engineering Data Product release processes.
- Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
