Responsibilities
- Oversee facility HVAC systems and execute preventative maintenance procedures with technicians.
- Investigate and troubleshoot HVAC anomalies with technicians.
- Generate work authorizing documents and implement upgrades or design changes.
- Prepare and update drawings, plans, and procedures.
- Prepare purchase requisitions and improve existing preventative maintenance procedures.
- Assess and analyze the operation of existing systems using detailed trend analyses.
- Make calculations for design such as heating and cooling loads and equipment sizing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
- Minimum of 4 years of combined Engineering Experience.
- Knowledge of psychometrics, fluid systems, and heat transfer.
- Familiarity with cleanroom systems and Direct Digital Control (DDC) Systems.
- Experience with project planning, scheduling, design, and implementation.
- Ability to read and apply mechanical system codes, drawings, and specifications.
- Candidates must have US Citizenship and the ability to obtain TS/SCI w/Poly Clearance.
