Responsibilities
- Provide production support and technical expertise for GMLRS production.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams and suppliers to resolve production issues.
- Revise and release engineering designs and drawings.
- Work with a senior lead Design Engineer to prioritize tasks and projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Stress Analysis, Materials and Processes, Test, and Production.
- Drive results and improve processes using technical expertise.
- Balance multiple priorities and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and design software.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and DFM principles.
- Experience in creating detailed engineering drawings.
- Solid knowledge of GD&T standards.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance.
