Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manufacture aerospace and defense systems.
- Screen and evaluate failures, defects, and production issues.
- Develop viable solutions for internal and external customer inquiries.
- Support and document subsystems and components for fielded hardware.
- Facilitate Engineering Change Control Board processes.
- Release engineering drawings and documents.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to drive results.
Job Requirements
- Background in mechanical and/or electro-mechanical systems.
- Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
- Strong problem-solving skills in time-sensitive situations.
- Experience with standard repair procedures.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Passion for working on complex and challenging projects.
- U.S. citizenship is required for this position.
