Responsibilities
- Assist in the identification, acquisition, installation, and deployment of manufacturing equipment and tooling.
- Provide technical guidance and problem resolution to offset companies regarding tooling and manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with Design Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Global Supply Chain.
- Develop Data Packages and ensure timely ordering and delivery of tools and equipment.
- Document preparation for export and production line validation.
- Build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Support international suppliers and expatriates to ensure contract completion.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Ability to obtain a Security clearance; an Interim Secret clearance is required to start.
- Experience with SAP and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
- Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office tools and experience with manufacturing processes.
- Strong communication skills, including technical writing and presentations.
- Experience with international suppliers and manufacturing issues.
