Responsibilities
- Leading Production Line Validations
- Conducting supplier visits and providing internal manufacturing shop support
- Managing Earned Value Management and proposal support
- Planning tooling and BOM (Bill of Materials)
- Conducting design reviews for producibility
- Collaborating with Program Leadership and cross-functional teams
- Supporting hardware and tooling for MFC Mechanical/Electrical hardware and Supply Chain
Job Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Ability to obtain an Interim Secret clearance
- Experience in manufacturing engineering, especially in defense-related projects
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of production line validations and Earned Value Management
- Familiarity with tooling, BOM planning, and design reviews
- Ability to support both development and production activities
