Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues.
- Drive continuous improvements to manufacturing workflows.
- Ensure compliance with all quality and safety standards.
- Provide technical support and manufacturing feedback on new product designs.
- Improve producibility of early designs and create manufacturing plans.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering discipline.
- Experience in a manufacturing shop floor environment, machine shop, or assembly line.
- Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with design and manufacturing of complex electromechanical systems.
- Knowledge of mechanical assembly, manufacturing tooling design, and factory flow.
- Related professional experience in production operations.
