Responsibilities
- Developing work instructions that yield high-quality products
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams for continuous process improvement
- Investigating and identifying root causes for product defects
- Supporting program needs for the delivery of assembled mechanical parts
- Coordinating producibility issues between Technical Operations and Production Operations
Job Requirements
- Experience with manufacturing and shop floor support
- Process knowledge of activities such as ceramic sintering/grinding, machining, sheet metal fabrication, welding, assembly, and paint/coating systems
- Knowledge and ability to conduct Root Cause/Corrective Action activities
- MPMLink Windchill experience
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Secret clearance
