Responsibilities
- Leading production line validations.
- Creating and maintaining Manufacturing Bills of Material (MBOMs).
- Driving manufacturing excellence at make sites and suppliers.
- Developing manufacturing readiness assessments and plans.
- Conducting make or buy analyses.
- Presenting at design and manufacturing reviews.
- Transitioning new or revised designs from development to production.
Job Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a secret clearance.
- Experience in manufacturing engineering.
- Ability to identify risks to production and implement mitigation plans.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems.
- Experience with production line validations.
- Ability to develop and present manufacturing plans.
