Responsibilities
- Developing accurate work instructions that yield high-quality products.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to continuously improve processes.
- Investigating and identifying root causes for product defects.
- Supporting program needs for the delivery of assembled mechanical parts.
- Coordinating producibility issues between Technical Operations and Production Operations.
- Assisting with process development of multiple mechanical parts.
- Communicating effectively with shop-floor personnel and other stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years in a manufacturing role.
- Experience troubleshooting complex problems and improving processes.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining and welding.
- Experience with MPMLink Windchill, Apriso, and SAP.
- Strong communication skills.
