Responsibilities

  • Stand up and lead a multi-functional workforce for GSE.
  • Manage all aspects of GSE from proposal through engineering and delivery.
  • Ensure strong ties between Engineering & Technology, Operations, and Line of Business Programs.
  • Oversee strategy, staffing, execution, and affordability for GSE.
  • Support manufacturing, assembly, testing, transportation, and handling of LM Space Products.
  • Interface with company executives, customers, and suppliers.
  • Travel as required (approximately 10-15%).

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in complex technical environments.
  • Experience with Ground Support Equipment, ATLO, and Production Operations.
  • Bachelor of Science or higher in Engineering or related discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and engineering project management.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US TOP SECRET / SCI clearance.
  • Risk and opportunity management experience.
