Responsibilities
- Stand up and lead a multi-functional workforce for GSE.
- Manage all aspects of GSE from proposal through engineering and delivery.
- Ensure strong ties between Engineering & Technology, Operations, and Line of Business Programs.
- Oversee strategy, staffing, execution, and affordability for GSE.
- Support manufacturing, assembly, testing, transportation, and handling of LM Space Products.
- Interface with company executives, customers, and suppliers.
- Travel as required (approximately 10-15%).
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership experience in complex technical environments.
- Experience with Ground Support Equipment, ATLO, and Production Operations.
- Bachelor of Science or higher in Engineering or related discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and engineering project management.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US TOP SECRET / SCI clearance.
- Risk and opportunity management experience.
