Responsibilities
- Assist in setup and launch of the System Integration Lab (SIL).
- Plan and execute electrical and functional system tests.
- Analyze results, document findings, and validate performance.
- Solve hardware/software interface issues and support regression testing.
- Support testing across programs and teams.
- Help shape system testing standards and processes.
- Work with skilled engineers on high-impact space programs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Aerospace, or related field.
- Experience testing spacecraft or missile systems.
- Strong communication and ability to brief program management.
- Proven leadership with diverse teams.
- Active Secret security clearance.
- Experience in space/missile system integration & test (electrical, EMC/EMI, environmental).
- Knowledge of SMC-S-016 and/or MIL-STD-810.
