Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements analysis, design, and testing of electrical and electromechanical test systems.
- Create/update project/process documentation according to project requirements.
- Develop drawings/schematics for ground support equipment.
- Support the design, build, test, and verification of automated test systems.
- Develop hardware requirements for test systems.
- Interface with suppliers and internal design teams for cost-effective solutions.
- Support Failure Review Board activities as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- 8+ years of professional experience in electrical hardware design and testing.
- Experience with tools such as Creo, Windchill, Zuken, and Pspice.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret Clearance.
- Strong technical background with Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and lead small diverse teams.
