Responsibilities
- Develop and review facility engineering design packages, including drawings and specifications.
- Ensure compliance of project designs with engineering principles, company standards, and regulations.
- Review and interpret construction plans during the construction phase.
- Conduct regular site visits to verify that constructed facilities meet design specifications.
- Identify and report any construction deviations or deficiencies to the project team.
- Collaborate on multiple projects in parallel while maintaining attention to detail.
- Create cost estimates for facility projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (civil, structural, mechanical, or electrical).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Engineer or equivalent.
- Knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
- Experience with construction inspection, contract administration, and field surveying.
