Responsibilities
- Assist in the research, design, and development of manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate and maintain detailed layouts of buildings and equipment.
- Coordinate the manufacturing launch of new or revised products.
- Analyze and test tools, machinery, and equipment for manufacturing methods.
- Conduct product/process analysis for cost reduction and quality improvement.
- Identify parts and tools needed to achieve manufacturing goals.
- Perform tool design and re-engineering processes for improved manufacturability.
Job Requirements
- B.S. Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 1 to 3 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of relevant engineering applications and CAD proficiency.
- Strong analytical and technical skills in manufacturing processes.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under general supervision with creativity.
- Familiarity with safety, environmental, and health regulations.
