Responsibilities
- Assist in the research, design, and development of manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate and maintain detailed layouts of buildings and equipment.
- Manage the manufacturing launch of new/revised products, including training team members.
- Analyze and test tools, machinery, and equipment for manufacturing methods.
- Conduct product/process analysis for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
- Identify parts and tools needed to achieve manufacturing goals.
- Perform tool design using CAD applications.
Job Requirements
- B.S. Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in CAD and relevant engineering applications.
- Strong analytical and technical skills in manufacturing processes.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in manufacturing.
