Responsibilities
- Create tooling drawings using SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD.
- Collect data on “green belt” projects for Six Sigma.
- Analyze and troubleshoot manufacturing floor production problems.
- Produce production metrics and create display boards.
- Assist with manufacturing routing in the company’s ERP system, M3.
- Track rejection trends and corrective action plans with Quality Engineering.
- Follow 5S department procedures and maintain workplace organization.
Job Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 0-1 year of entry-level engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of relevant engineering applications.
- Proficient in Computer Aided Design (CAD).
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and regulations.
- Strong analytical and technical skills in manufacturing processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
