Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to identify and resolve asset issues.
- Analyze data for life-cycle cost and reliability improvements.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis for major failures.
- Support engineering and execution of projects for reliability.
- Review and update Standard Maintenance and Operating procedures.
- Conduct Reliability Assessments of facilities and equipment.
- Lead key reliability programs to enhance asset performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in maintenance or reliability engineering.
- Hands-on experience with mechanical equipment maintenance.
- Ability to interpret Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams and machinery drawings.
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency with standard software packages, including Microsoft Office.
