Responsibilities
- Organize and drive planning, scheduling, and execution for silicon, package, and systems development.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to estimate and prioritize tasks for quality delivery.
- Develop and lead project plans to ensure alignment with partners and business needs.
- Manage project schedules, quality, and identify potential issues and risks.
- Facilitate project meetings and operational checkpoints throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate project information, including plans, key dates, and status to management.
- Provide hands-on project management and cross-functional coordination to deliver program outcomes.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with silicon design and product qualification.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
- Experience with the product qualification lifecycle (EVT, DVT, PVT).
- Prior semiconductor engineering experience.
- Strong multitasking ability in fast-paced environments.
- Proven ability to implement process improvements.
- Excellent communication and technical presentation skills.
