Responsibilities
- Design, develop, modify, and analyze various electronics systems.
- Lead a group of engineers on technical activities, ensuring completion on time and budget.
- Document and support testing of products, systems, or subsystems.
- Review customer specifications and develop designs that meet requirements and cost objectives.
- Specify and evaluate supplier components and subsystems.
- Develop prototypes to mitigate key development risks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.
- Ability to lead a technical group independently.
- Preferred experience in defense, aerospace, or automotive industries.
- Circuit capture experience using Cadence is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
