Responsibilities
- Direct and manage technical activities for hardware and software development.
- Oversee engineering execution for production robotic systems.
- Review and approve system architectures and engineering concepts.
- Serve as engineering owner for system-level product behavior and lifecycle performance.
- Develop and maintain engineering metrics tied to product readiness and reliability.
- Communicate effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams across various domains.
Job Requirements
- Engineering degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, or related field.
- 15+ years of relevant experience, including 8+ years in management.
- Experience in leading Engineering teams for Robotic/Automation products.
- Background in physical AI, robotics, and automation.
- Proficiency in programming languages and tools such as Python and MCAD tools.
- Ability to work onsite in a robotics lab environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 10%.
