Responsibilities
- Design and develop test equipment hardware and software for avionics controllers and sensors.
- Develop specifications and design documentation for avionics test equipment.
- Support integration and verification of avionics test equipment designs in a laboratory environment.
- Coordinate and present avionics test equipment design, manufacturing, and integration activities with internal teams.
- Engage in electronics design, fabrication, and integration activities.
- Develop software for custom-designed avionics test equipment products.
- Collaborate with Program Management, Avionics Design, Manufacturing, and Quality Engineering teams.
Job Requirements
- Enrollment in a graduate or undergraduate degree program related to Electrical Engineering or similar.
- Exposure to analog and digital design activities.
- Hands-on experience in an electronics laboratory environment.
- Familiarity with test software programming languages such as LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, Visual Basic, or C++.
- Ability to work under supervision and collaborate with senior staff.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal organizations.
