Responsibilities
- Assess quality performance using statistical and analytical methods.
- Develop and implement inspection and testing procedures for products and processes.
- Drive continuous improvement of system hardware, diagnostics, and software.
- Confer with end users to understand deployment environments.
- Develop realistic in-house models for product use cases.
- Suggest remedies for identified failure points and retest solutions.
- Maintain compliance with ITAR regulations.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering/assurance techniques.
- Knowledge of inspection instruments and procedures.
- Experience in a startup environment is beneficial.
- Ability to analyze product performance and reliability.
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency required for ITAR compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for user engagement and feedback.
